Prices Year 2027
The villa is rented entirely to a single group of people at a time. Guests can access and enjoy all the spaces of the house described in the ad. There are three price ranges: 1 to 5 guests (only in low season for small groups), 6 to 9 guests (the Bougainville apartment with four beds is closed) and 10 to 13 guests.
The price includes: bed linen, bath and pool towels. Final cleaning is not included, it depends on the number of guests.
The prices below are per week. Rentals go from Saturday to Saturday.

Terms
Terms of cancellation
At the time of booking a deposit of 30% of the total amount will be asked to freeze the dates you intend to stay. The balance must be paid within 21 days of check-in.
Cancellation is free earlier than 60 days before the arrival.
If the cancellation is notified between 60 and 21 days before the arrival, the deposit (30% of total) will be not refunded.
The total amount must be paid in advance at most 21 days before the arrival. In case the guests do not show up or cancel their stay after this date, no refund will be made.
Final cleaning
Final cleaning is € 320,00 (1 to 5 guests), € 380,00 (6 to 9 guests), € 460,00 (10 to 13 guests).
Required documents
The guests must return the Tourist lease contract, describing the terms and conditions, and the House rules sheet signed before the arrival day.
Check-in and check-out
The check-in is from 4:30 PM, the check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you have different needs, please let us know in time.
Security deposit
A security deposit of 500,00 € cash will be asked during the check-in and it will be refunded at the check-out upon damage checking.
Method of payment
Payment is only by bank transfer.
